We are searching for an R&D AI Engineer to join Bull’s innovative R&D team, where we design and build next‑generation AI and information technologies. You will work with cutting-edge AI capabilities (Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and advanced data platforms) to develop high-impact solutions used across critical industries.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies, and drive their adoption across R&D.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end AI solution architectures aligned with business needs.
• Build AI-driven applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agents.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources (databases, document repositories, APIs).
• Prepare, transform, and manage complex datasets: feature engineering, data cleaning, enrichment, augmentation.
• Develop scalable integrations and microservices through REST APIs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, following best practices in software development, testing, versioning, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Qualifications

• BS, MSc, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience with Python in AI/ML contexts.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Experience in prompt engineering and building LLM workflows.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years of experience deploying containerized applications and AI models using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab).
• Solid experience working in Linux environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., Streamlit).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.

• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communicative, enthusiastic, collaborative, proactive, self‑driven.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
