We are seeking a Senior Process Optimization Specialist to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on operational efficiency, process redesign, automation, and continuous improvement, acting as a key partner for business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process mapping, modelling (As-Is / To-Be) and redesign of complex operational and strategic processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, analyze KPIs/data, and develop business cases for improvement.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM initiatives and support automation (RPA, BPM, low-code).
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide expert guidance to junior team members.
  • Manage improvement projects end-to-end and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Produce documentation: BPMN diagrams, workflows, procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  •  8+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence or consulting.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN and process modelling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Miro).
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI; experience with RPA tools (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism).
  • English C1/C2 required.
  • Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, BPM, Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
