Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for monitoring and auditing systems? We're on the lookout for a talented Nagios Administrator to join our dynamic team! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently, making a real impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Configure and manage our monitoring and auditing systems using scripting and database queries.
  • Alert Management: Set up and manage alert rules for both administrators and end users.
  • Log Monitoring: Oversee logs and events generated by our monitoring infrastructure.
  • Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security templates within the monitoring infrastructure.
  • User Support: Provide end-user support and training on various tools.
  • Incident Management: Handle incident and support requests through the CESTIC ticketing tool.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Técnico Superior en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Nagios administrator.
    • Experience with SharePoint Server administration (2010/2013/2016).
    • Troubleshooting and administration tasks related to Active Directory on Windows Server systems.
    • Monitoring servers with Change Auditor for AD, File Server & Logon Activity.
    • Active Directory backup with Quest Software's Recovery Manager.
    • Experience with event monitoring tools.
    • Knowledge of scripting.
    • At least one year in similar positions within a public administration.
  • Skills: English level B2 or equivalent.
  • Certifications: ITIL V3 or higher administration certification.
