Job Description:
At #Eviden, Iberia, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of SAP to join our team in Madrid. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and consolidating our position in the Spanish market. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to our SAP team, oversee the delivery and pre-sales teams, and manage both existing and new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and direct the SAP team.
•    Develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen our market position in Spain.
•    Oversee the delivery and pre-sales teams.
•    Manage competency development and growth within the SAP practice.
•    Lead and supervise SAP project implementations, including revenue and budget management.
•    Drive implementation strategies and value propositions for customers.
•    Maintain and build client relationships.
•    Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and developments.
•    Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
•    Advocate for proposals supported by the commercial team lead.
•    Foster a culture of innovation within the SAP team.

Requirements:
•    University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in team leadership and SAP project management.
•    Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions and products.
•    Experience in managing SAP teams/units within a consulting environment.
•    Strategic thinker with a track record of leading initiatives.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•    Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Location:
•    Madrid, with a hybrid working model.
