The Head of the Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure Business Line is the responsible for strategic planning, business developement and innovation, growth and delivery of the Hybrid and Cloud Infrastructure (HCI) portfolio offerings. 

 

Report to – Southern Europe HCI Business Line Head and Spain Delivery Head 

 

Key responsibilities: 

 

Financial important metrics and Long-Term Business Plan 

 

  • Building and implementing the 5 years Bottom-Up Plan in terms of growth and profitability 

  • Manage the Action Plan to budget every week, securing monthly, quarterly, and half-year budget 

 

Business Development, Innovation 

 

  • Develop innovative and driven work you are doing for quality and cost. Engaging innovation with the partners’ network 

  • Adoption of a global portfolio, customizing the solutions to the local needs 

  • Work with Sales and Pre-Sales to propose the best solution for customer challenges. 

 

Delivery Quality 

 

  • Effectively manage the team to deliver projects and services of high quality for customers, ensuring the right profitability. 

  • Rol out methods and tools to secure delivery perfection and standard methodologies 

  • Meet critical metrics, encourage continuous improvement and innovation, and support customers with their daily challenges to promote customer happiness. 

 

People Capacity Development 

 

  • Improve employee skills to ensure the organization balances functional and technical expertise, offshoring capabilities, and vital certifications for critical offerings. 

  • Support and nurture the growth of our team by understanding their interests and helping them develop their careers. We also encourage rotation and promotions within the organization. 

  • Develop juniorization capacities, automation, and right-shoring to ensure cost competitiveness. 

  • Ensure the business line has the right number of staff with the right capacities and skills to fulfil new business and evolve current business activities. 

  • Flexible hours, but as a executive manager, it will depend on your workload. 

  • More than demonstrable experience in management positions 

  • Experience in an executive environment
