Atos is looking for Data Manager (SAP).

Responsible for leading the data strategy, governance, and operations within the organization's SAP ecosystem. Their mission is to ensure the quality, integrity, availability, and utilization of data as a strategic asset, driving decision-making based on reliable and timely information. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and alignment with business areas, ensuring that data solutions within SAP (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, among others) are aligned with corporate objectives and data management best practices.

Requirements Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a similar field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in data management and at least 3 years leading teams.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience in data migration, data governance, data quality, and information modeling.
• Knowledge of ETL, SQL, Python, or integration tools (SAP Data Services, SAP MDG).

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the data management strategy in the SAP environment (master, transactional, and analytical data).
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of data governance processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, LGPD, etc.).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical) in data migration, integration, and transformation projects in SAP.
• Oversee the design and operation of data models in SAP BW/4HANA, DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related tools.
• Collaborate with business areas to identify information needs and develop dashboards, reports, and strategic KPIs.
• Implement policies and procedures for data security and privacy.
• Monitor the performance of data flows and propose continuous improvements to processes and architecture.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendors related to data projects in SAP.
