The Iberia Tax Manager reports to the Group Tax Director based in France. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Providing tax support on various business projects involving the Spanish and Portuguese entities of the Group (incl. M&A and reorganization projects), covering notably corporate tax and VAT
•    Monitoring tax compliance processes, validating the corporate income tax returns (incl. group tax return) and other compliance requirements
•    Reviewing tax reporting packages, providing information/data to the Tax Central Team (tax audits, tax accruals, tax cash out reporting with monthly reports, budgets and forecasts)
•    Providing tax inputs (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.) on domestic and cross border bids 
•    Providing transfer pricing support and its documentation
•    Managing tax audits and litigations in Iberia
•    Being the first line of contact to local tax advisors and local tax authorities
•    Working on tax strategies for corporate income tax, VAT and local taxes
•    Being a key advisor for the Atos/Eviden Management (especially Group Tax Director, CFO, Head of Fin./Acc.)
 
Job Requirements:

•    The candidate has a university degree in tax law or fiscal economics
•    4 to 6 years of experience in the tax department of an international group and/or, ideally, in a Big4 firm. 
•    You have strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
•    You learn quickly and you are open to changes in an international environment. 
•    You have good analytical skills and attention to details. 
•    Fluency in English is a given, French would be a plus.
