Technical Architect - Pega

Job Description:

• Primary Skill: Pega PRPC
• Minimum 8 Years of Pega Experience with PEGA CLSA certification and min 1 year Pega 8.7 implementation experience
• Pega Constellation experience
• Pega FS&I and CRM Products knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming concepts and RDBMS concepts
• Basic Core Java knowledge
• Basic JSP, Servlets concept
• Data base Concept (Normalization / queries / joins, indexing)
• Basic Unified Modeling language (UML) concept
• Knowledge on HTML5, Javascript, CSS
• Knowledge on Web Services, use of SOAP UI (WSDL, XML), SOAP/REST concept
• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega Inteligence Automation and other Pega frameworks. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing solutions using Pega
• Take ownership of PEGA technology proposals to respond. Understand technical and functional aspects of the project.
• Responsible for sizing of the project.
• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Agile/Scrum methodologies and Pega Blueprint.
• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
• Experience on multiple Pega applications/ frameworks
• Ability to prepare functional use cases and other requirement artifacts

Business & Soft Skills:

• Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.
• Strong Analytical skills for deep analysis of business processes with ability to challenge business users (as applicable)
• Ability to conduct ‘Show and Tell’ sessions with business users
• Ability to plan and conduct DCO workshops with customer stakeholders
• Strong Communication skills to translate business requirements into system features and transfer knowledge to Development  & QA teams
