The consultant we are looking for is a specialist in healthcare with a passion for driving innovation and change within the industry.
In particular they will have experience in delivering Business Cases within the NHS, alongside a broad, proven consulting skillset. Ideally with a background in finance and/or accounting, highly numerate and confident in presenting data.
You will be an experienced delivery professional adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagement.
You are responsible for delivering new or existing consulting engagements with high client satisfaction.
You are capable of leading large teams while providing deep subject matter expertise and business strategy necessary to ensure quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice
- Work in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions
- Provide direct consulting services to customer
- Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customer
- Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth
- Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants
- Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services
- Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required
Required Qualifications:
- Preferably at least 2 - 5 years experience leading consulting engagements for health and/or life science customers
- Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
