Responsibilities:

1. Customer facing skills to drive large multi-country complex engagements on Salesforce platform. 

2. Expected to handle code review activities and to be aware of technology & industry best practices.

3. Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products.

4. Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.

5. Troubleshooting implementation issues and developing test classes.

6. Contribution in Salesforce based presales activities.

7. Contribute towards the development and growth of the practice.

8. Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the Salesforce Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation, or consolidation. 

9. Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment and work with Solution architect and Functional leads to contribute to technical build and the optimal solution. 

10. Assist Sr Developers in implementing designed solutions on the Salesforce Platform leveraging design patterns and industry standards. 

11. Be a SME with technical expertise of Salesforce clouds and collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools. 

12. Conforming to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Force.com configuration best practices during implementation. 

13. Mentoring and training new hires on Salesforce platform and building teams. 

Experience:

1.Expertise in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirements.

2. In-depth knowledge of overall Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Salesforce lightning platform, Salesforce clouds, Nonprofit success pack (NPSP) & AppExchange apps including FinDock.

3. As part of an agile team, experienced in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce based solutions.

4. Extensive hands-on experience in analysis, design, customization implementation, interface implementation, validation, deployment as part of Salesforce implementation engagement.

5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce lightning web components (LWC) implementation is must.

6. Experienced with FinDock implementation including Gift Aid, Direct Debit and Payment Processing areas.

7. Hands-on with development toolchain (including Copado, CumulusCI) and release management activities.

 

Certifications:

1. Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2, Salesforce designer certifications
