Role Overview:

The Service Delivery manager is responsible for project execution (in line with defined budget and planning, and in line with the strategy of the CDE if there is a CDE installed on the client), and for this interacting with all key stakeholders including Industry Operations team (engineers, solution architects) and Horizontal Operations team (engineers, developers from Global Operations Practices).

Practical Requirements:

This role is based in Watford, and it requires 4 days per week work from Watford General Hospital.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end project execution by orchestrating delivery between Industry and horizontal Operations teams, in line with Atos delivery standards, defined budget and planning

  • Secure smooth running of implemented solutions (high quality and cost effective delivery) by ensuring troubleshooting/maintenance (predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance)

  • Improve productivity (cost optimization) of overall managed resources and/or platforms through innovation

  • Manage timely delivery of large and complex transformation projects by leveraging dedicated Industry specific engineering & delivery capabilities

  • Understand and challenge clients’ business needs

  • Interact with client technical teams to find innovative solutions adapted to client’s level of maturity

  • Ensure up to date internal Industry and Horizontal knowledge in the resources

  • Source relevant capabilities depending on client solution specificities (staffing)

Competency and Skills:

  • 3 years+ of experience on the same role.

  • Managed a small to medium, moderately complex client outsourcing engagement or Atos service, or served on a larger engagement as a member of an account/internal service line SDM team. Management of delivery involved interacting with international teams working for different Practices or Industries
