M365 Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders to maximise the use of M365.
- Participating in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and confirmation prior to solutions development
- Utilising best practices and ensuring appropriate M365 functionality and features are fully exploited
- Provide Consultancy to existing and prospective Clients as part of our commercial and services framework
- Participate in the Design and Implementation of Modern Workplace Solutions on a Tactical or Project basis for clients
- Support of our Bid to Win process involving pre-sales activities, customer demonstrations and envisioning, proposal writing and general Sales support.
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge and proven experience of delivering successful Microsoft 365 Solutions covering new and /or migration projects in mid to large scale environments:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 components/ecosystem and supporting technologies.
- Experience in Project, Delivery or Service Management is essential, ideally ITIL v3 Foundation/Agile
- Experience in dealing with multiple C level suite individuals, M365 Product Managers and Senior Stakeholders
- Experience of operating in a high pressure and fast-moving environments
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software and ITSM
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Strong experience in designing, delivering, and consulting on any major production planning and execution system
- Experience of managing or working within technology led change management projects, driving user adoption and working with change agents/digital champions
Desirable
- Office 365/End User Computing experience - highly desirable
- Strategy and roadmap planning within technology projects
- Experience of delivering/supporting projects in the Public Sector
- Business / IT Strategy and budgeting

This permanent staff role can be performed remotely from within the UK to support a positive work – life balance, although we also have a network of offices across the UK which you can choose to visit from time to time. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to obtain Security Clearance is essential so you must have lived in the United Kingdom for 5 years prior to applying for this role.
