The opportunity
As a Lead Security Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in defining and delivering Cyber Security, Risk, Resilience, Privacy, and Information Management solutions for our clients. The range of work we undertake is wide and varied, including risk assessments, information security, data privacy and management, business resilience and IT audit, with a client base across all industries and markets in both the Private and Public sector. 

 

The candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance to SC level.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
•    Leading the delivery of consultancy and advice direct to clients on assignments
•    Managing client engagements and taking responsibility for delivery, customer management and commercial performance
•    Management and mentoring of junior consultants
•    Driving our business development by leading or providing expert contribution to Bids/Proposals/Propositions or Offerings
•    Identify, develop, and realise new business opportunities with existing and new clients
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, our business partners and other Atos business areas
•    Maintain and promote detailed awareness and understanding of current and future developments in business models and technology evolution that will change or disrupt existing business activities

 

Required skills and experience:
Technical skills – Significant experience and knowledge of assessing, designing, and implementing capabilities and solutions in most or all our Core Subjects:
        o    Cyber Security Management & Assurance
        o    Security Strategy and Solutions
        o    Operational Risk and Business Resilience
        o    Data Privacy and Protection
        o    Information Assurance

•    Significant experience and understanding of programme and project leadership and delivery in the Energy & Utilities market, especially Power and Water utilities.
•    Detailed understanding of compliance with the requirements of the NIS Regulations 
•    Certification in one or more Security disciplines such as CISSP, CISA etc
•    Understanding and experience of working with Cloud technologies and solutions
•    Working in globally distributed workforce environments, including offshore models
•    Experience in the provision of Security Assurance for technology solutions
•    Identifying and integrating digital solutions into an organisation`s strategy, vision, and aspirations

 

Regardless of your previous experience, degree or education qualifications, the key strengths we are looking for in you include:  
•    Good communication and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical or strategic subjects to general audiences in a clear, easily understood way.
•    Able to present with gravitas and credibility that provides confidence and assurance to clients and colleagues.
•    A strong capacity to multi-task and operate efficiently as a team member, both with our clients and your Atos colleagues. 
•    Experience in building and leading best practice in the application of technology in every aspect of business improvement.
