The Role

Atos Amplify is our new consulting brand, and we are looking for ambitious early career consultants to join our growing team. We have opportunities ranging from Junior Consulting Analyst positions for recent graduates through to Senior Consulting Analyst roles for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in consulting or a professional services environment.

You will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience supporting client engagements, develop your consulting toolkit through our Consulting Skills Academy, and work alongside experienced consultants on a variety of transformation programmes. As your career develops, you will have the opportunity to build a consulting specialism and grow your expertise across a range of industries and capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the analysis of client problems and creation of solutions/ strategies for leading organisations across the private and public sector
• Using data and insights to develop robust problem statements, options and recommendations
• Liaising with functional, industry and technical experts to support the development of solutions/ strategies  
• Supporting stakeholder engagement including workshop facilitation and interviews
• Assisting with project and change management activities
• Commitment to continuous professional development, developing skills/ experience in key technology platforms, applied AI and core consulting

Your Skills and Experience

• Interest in AI, platforms (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) and technology trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating models
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research (applying AI where suitable)
• Previous experience in the consulting or professional services sector is desirable

Additional Requirements

• London base location, with regular working in client offices across the UK
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain security clearance (BPSS and SC)
