Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting engagements within the Health & Life Science practice with a focus on EPR programmes
  • Select and coordinate resources for successful delivery of engagements
  • Collaborate closely with clients, account teams, and delivery teams to identify business challenges and present outcome‑based solutions
  • Ensure solutions are delivered with high quality, aligned to internal standards and client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support sustainable account growth
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, supporting capability development within the practice
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes, standards, methodologies, and service offerings
  • Drive thought leadership by producing whitepapers, case studies, and insights
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely as required

 

Skills We Can’t Do Without

  • Extensive experience in EPR programme delivery, preferably 5+ years
  • Strong background in one or more of the following: Digital Strategy, Business Case Development, Technical Project Management, Health Systems & Technology, Enterprise or Business Architecture
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior clinical and technical stakeholders (CIO, CCIO, CNIO, CDIO)
  • Demonstrated consulting experience with accountability for delivery and client satisfaction
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

 

Skills We’d Like

  • Experience in developing thought leadership (papers, case studies, frameworks)
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading junior consulting talent
