*This is a UK based role, and we can offer the opportunity to work remotely. However, it will require 3 days per month onsite in our Lytham office.
Job in a nutshell:
The position will sit within the Atos Risk & Assurance Directorate. This role is key to driving our risk maturity forward across the BTS business, providing independent, holistic opinions on operational risk effectiveness, and being accountable for driving operational risk reporting and insights for submission to stakeholders and boards/committees.
What will you be doing:
The key objective of the Senior Manager Operational Risk Reporting and Oversight is to support a culture of risk awareness, through the effective and efficient reporting of risk and control data and MI which will minimise the likelihood and impact of risks to Atos and Clients. The Senior Manager Operational Risk Reporting and Oversight will work within a shared service model.

Maintain Data to demonstrate adherence to Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Supporting the delivery and oversight of reporting for board/committee meetings, governance, reporting and client engagement requirements.

Using tools and techniques to present risk data and MI in a meaningful and user-friendly way ultimately leading to more effective senior management decision making.

Management and oversight of the Operational Risk Framework reporting requirements, including events and loss data, breaches, issues, risks, RCSA and root cause data, applying data and lessons learned in the oversight and challenge of the business.

Provide Risk MI and insight to inform local management, entity boards and the BPS Ltd risk governance (risk committee) framework.

Provision of reporting and insight to the Head of Risk Framework & Governance.

Monitoring and reporting the risk profile and underlying data escalating concerns.

Attendance at key governance forums to support the articulation of the risk profile of client account(s).
Requirements:

An understanding of the drivers of changing internal and external risk environments.

Capable to offer the appropriate level of challenge on operational risk data and MI
-
Operational Risk framework, data management and reporting skills
-
Understanding of regulation, policy and standards applicable to the Financial Services industry.

Core expertise in Operational Risk Framework (events, incidents, loss data, RCSA, scenario analysis, policies and practice)
