About Atos’s Digital Transformation Consulting practice (DTC)
As a member of DTC, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high performing experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.

What we offer
With this role you will join the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience practice within the DTC team. This practice is responsible for leading our clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation and typically provides clients with the following services: discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement.
About the role
We are looking for an individual who brings the ability to engage with the business to gain a deep understanding of business, customer and organisational needs to co-design innovative solutions that deliver against key strategic objectives.
Required skills and experience
- 4 years of experience in Customer Experience or Digital Transformation, understanding user needs and then developing solutions, products and services to meet these and link to broader outcomes
- Familiar with Service Design, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design or similar techniques
- Familiar with the end-to-end design lifecycle (discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement)
- Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research
- Ability to engage and build relationships with client partners and users
- Strong workshop design, stakeholder meeting and facilitation skills
Desirable Criteria
- Understanding or previous experience using Government Digital Service (GDS)
- Previous experience completing Service Design
- Previous experience undertaking user research
This role is UK based and may require UK domestic travel, as the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK.
