1.Lead Strategic Automation Across High-Impact Accounts
Take ownership of the automation pipeline across major clients, shaping how cutting-edge automation and AI technologies drive tangible business value. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation on a scale.
2.Blend Technical Innovation with Leadership Influence
Operate at the intersection of technology and strategy - working with RPA, AI/LLM, and orchestration platforms - while leading delivery teams and engaging senior stakeholders. You will combine hands-on understanding of emerging automation tools with the leadership autonomy to prioritize, plan, and deliver results.
3. Drive the Future of Automation and AI Adoption
Be part of a forward-looking organization investing in intelligent automation and AI integration. You will play a key role in shaping global best practices, fostering automation culture across teams, and driving measurable efficiency and ROI through innovation.
Skills we can’t do without:
- Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of automation and AI tools and practices, including RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate), Ansible, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow Orchestration, and LLM/AI modelling
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical audiences and proven experience in managing automation projects or workstreams in an enterprise environment
