As the Automation Architect, you will operate at a strategic level partnering with business leaders and global architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and future-ready automation ecosystems. You will have the autonomy to set technical direction, introduce emerging AI capabilities, and ensure automation becomes a key enabler of efficiency and digital agility across the organization.

3. Lead with Thought Leadership and Technical Excellence

This role offers the opportunity to be recognized as a thought leader in automation and AI adoption. You will guide enterprise-wide initiatives, mentor delivery teams, and shape governance frameworks that promote responsible and effective automation. With exposure to a global technology landscape, you will continuously explore and implement the latest advancements in automation architecture, orchestration, and generative AI.

Skills we can’t do without:

• Expertise in automation platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow Orchestration, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML and LLM technologies (Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, custom LLM modelling, prompt engineering); Experience integrating automation with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, YAML), and automation frameworks; Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and DevOps/Agile principles.
