Role Overview

 

The Program Manager role is a highly strategic role with a direct impact on business development and organizational success. The position offers strong visibility, broad stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to influence key decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
 
The person in this role will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple business domains, ensuring strategic alignment, effective delivery, stakeholder engagement, financial discipline, risk management, and strong governance throughout the program lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic and Delivery Management
-    Define and execute transformation strategy across domains such as CMO, IMO, and FMO.
-    Lead transition planning, execution, and handover to Run mode teams.
-    Ensure alignment with global operating models and investment committees.
-    Manage program scope, schedule, and budget across multiple workstreams.

 

Stakeholder and Communication Management
•    Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to align expectations and resolve escalations.
•    Provide regular updates to sponsors and governance bodies.
•    Facilitate collaboration across business lines, geographies, and technical teams.

 

Financial and Risk Management
•    Develop and track program budgets and forecasts.
•    Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
•    Ensure contractual obligations and CapEx approvals are met.

 

Governance and Reporting
•    Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures.
•    Maintain RAID logs and ensure compliance with transformation standards.
•    Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.


Key Skills and Experience

 


•    Proven track record in IT industry and matrix environment is required. 
•    Hold SAFe certification or demonstrate equivalent experience working within scaled agile environments.
•    Bring strong technology experience across cloud, infrastructure, and workplace transformation domains.
•    Demonstrate AI and automation literacy, with practical experience supporting adoption across teams or programs.
•    Lead large-scale programs or transformation initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
•    Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and leadership teams.
•    Apply a business value realization mindset, with a focus on measurable outcomes, delivery impact, and results.
