Position overview:
Atos Group is the largest Siemens software reseller in the Nordics. We have built our expertise spanning nearly 30 years in the industry and have a strong team of experts in Scandinavia and the Baltics. Siemens's partnership is a strategic choice for us. We are at the forefront of digital transformation and cloud services, and we are seeking Sales Specialists for our Manufacturing Center of Excellence in the Nordics.
Your mission: As a Sales Executive, you will join our Siemens Digital Industries Software sales team and focus on selling Siemens software and services to industrial clients in the region. Your goal is to position Siemens Digital Industries Software as the preferred technology and Atos as a trusted advisor in PLM, MOM, and Product/Production Simulation areas. The primary goal is to support the Swedish business by developing a pipeline for new business opportunities and expanding solutions for both new and existing customers.
As a key contributor to our growth in the Nordics, your responsibilities include:
- Strategize and penetrate accounts with a focus on Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio and you will be working with highly skilled professionals working in SAP, digital security, smart platforms, and manufacturing domains.
- Accrue and deploy customer insights, driving business transformation and reducing customer costs and risks.
- Lead with product and industry insights, best practices, and compelling business cases, establishing Eviden as a tier 1 industry partner and a trusted advisor.
- Manage customer relationships with integrity, driving satisfaction and positioning Eviden as a leader in innovation and service delivery.
- Leverage your existing network to land new customers in our Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings.
- Build a broad influential network amongst your clients to create additional opportunities to expand our footprint in the accounts.
- Engage prospects and provide strategic recommendations that position our products and services to advance the customer’s strategic initiatives and deliver mutual value.
- Work closely with marketing to improve our position in the market and harness your digital sales and marketing skills to drive new sales leads.
- Build and own your sales territory plan and execute the plan by leading our pre-sales consultants and marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Passion for industrial digitalization and experience and understanding of industrial value chain.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, software industry operations
- Experience in value-based sales methodologies
- Proven track record of success in selling complex technical software solutions and building strong qualified pipeline in systematic way.
- Skill in identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers, establishing long-term relationships of trust, credibility, and respect.
- Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory. A fluent local language (Swedish) is a must.
