About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on the Siemens PLM Portfolio, primarily Teamcenter, in the Nordic region. In this role, you will engage directly with our customers—both remotely and on-site—across Finland, Sweden, and neighboring countries. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, value-driven PLM solutions aligned with best practices and customer goals.
The location of the role is flexible, you can be based in the following countries: Finland or Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural oversight of customer PLM implementation backlogs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Support the development team in identifying optimal technical solutions with minimal customization of Teamcenter.
- Participate in sales activities including solution demonstrations and scoping workshops.
- Develop solution architectures that align with industry best practices.
- Define and model PLM use cases and business processes.
- Contribute to functional design, hands-on prototyping, and concept validation.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate Siemens' PLM offerings to identify added value for customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in PLM implementation, configuration, or architecture—ideally with Siemens Teamcenter.
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and its best practices.
- Experience with integrations to MCAD, ECAD, ALM, and MS Office tools.
- Solid understanding of PLM implementation in discrete manufacturing environments. Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector is highly preferable.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Prior experience in sales or sales support is a plus.
