Digital Operations Lead (UEFA)
The candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team, ensuring swift and effective handling of issues and maintenance requests while maintaining the high level of operational excellence expected across UEFA’s digital ecosystem. This role operates across high-stakes and real-time environments, acting as a bridge between product teams, developers, editorial teams, and other key stakeholders. As Digital Operations Team Lead will oversee the delivery of digital live operations across all competitions, including the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and major tournaments such as the European Championships (EURO). The Digital Operations Lead ensures that both performance and user satisfaction are maintained at the highest levels. The Digital Operations Lead will also act as the Product Owner for various tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in digital technologies such as: web development, APIs, identity management, CMS, CRM, GDPR and Privacy, Google Ad Manager, WordPress Operations & Service Management: Service Now, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, ITIL, Lean IT.
- Familiarity with tools such as Pushwoosh, and Unicode and Slack.
- Excellent skills and deep knowledge in Jira, JSM, Confluence, Zendesk and Crowdin administration.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English, both in written and verbal forms (via phone, chat, email). French as a plus.
- Proven experience in digital operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating live operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Leadership, strong problem-solving, analytical skills, coaching, cross-team coordination.
