Application Support Specialist/Coordinator UEFA Digital:
The candidate will be responsible for providing robust support for various digital applications, ensuring seamless operations, and assisting users with their inquiries. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. He/she will act as Main Point of Contact (MPOC) for all digital-related technical issues or queries during main competition matches, working closely with internal teams and external providers to provide real-time support, ensure platform stability, and uphold a best-in-class digital experience for fans worldwide.

- Application Support;
- Content Management;
- Incident and Ticket Management;
- Jira and Confluence Administration;
- Live Operations;
- Identity Provider (IDP) Management;
- Privacy and GDPR Requests;
- CRM & Newsletter Responsibilities;
- WordPress support.
Requirements:
- Excellent level of English required. Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal in English, (via phone, chat, email).
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools, including content management systems, digital marketing platforms, APIs and user access management and WordPress.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital systems.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience in providing customer service support in a digital/IT environment around software services.
- Experience in managing access rights and permissions for applications and users.
- Proven experience in digital operations, or related roles with a strong focus on data workflows and Live Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data API management.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Capability to respond promptly and effectively to urgent situations.
- Flexible schedule needed (most of operations are from 16h to 1h).
