Project Manager (relocation to Belgium)

Join NATO as an IT Project Manager and lead transformative technology initiatives that bolster our strategic objectives. You'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of critical IT projects. This role is vital for advancing NATO's technological capabilities and maintaining a robust security infrastructure. Relocation to Brussels, Belgium is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain project activities tracking in JIRA.

• Support internal and external meetings, including tracking actions.

• Manage SharePoint libraries, documentation, and internal and external portals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• NATO security clearance.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to write concise texts for different audiences.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Agile, and Kanban.

• Knowledge of project management principles and certification (Prince2 or PMP).

• At least 5 years' experience in project management support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (pivot tables, relational tables, MS Word styles).

• Experience in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and drafting summaries.

• Skilled in managing Microsoft SharePoint portals.

• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow).

• Understanding of configuration management principles and processes.
