Join NATO as an IT Project Manager and lead transformative technology initiatives that bolster our strategic objectives. You'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of critical IT projects. This role is vital for advancing NATO's technological capabilities and maintaining a robust security infrastructure. Relocation to Brussels, Belgium is required.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain project activities tracking in JIRA.

Support internal and external meetings, including tracking actions.

Manage SharePoint libraries, documentation, and internal and external portals.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
NATO security clearance.
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to write concise texts for different audiences.

Proficiency in JIRA, Agile, and Kanban.

Knowledge of project management principles and certification (Prince2 or PMP).
-
At least 5 years' experience in project management support.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (pivot tables, relational tables, MS Word styles).

Experience in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and drafting summaries.

Skilled in managing Microsoft SharePoint portals.

Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow).

Understanding of configuration management principles and processes.
