About the role

Are you experienced in building AI-powered solutions, especially with modern NLP architectures and retrieval-based systems? Do you have strong Python skills and enjoy working with open-source tools in a cloud-native environment? What You’ll Do

As an AI Engineer, you’ll design and build intelligent applications using advanced machine learning and LLM-based architectures. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging technologies like RAG, vector databases, and semantic search. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to:

• Define the problem: Understand the business goals and how AI can create real value.
• Design the solution: Build RAG pipelines, structure unstructured data, and fine-tune language models.
• Implement it: Work with vector stores, embedder models, and retrieval frameworks.
• Deploy it: Help bring your solutions into production using MLOps and LLMOps practices.

Flexible working: Full-time and part-time options available, with part-time roles starting from 24 hours per week. 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering skills
• Experience with modern AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Ability to design and deploy cloud-based AI systems
• Problem-solving mindset, a passion for learning, and a hands-on approach
• You must be legally authorized to travel and work across the EU as required for client engagement
