We are looking for talented, passionate and agile-minded team player to join our "Sales Management" team.
Job Description
- Carrying out the whole sales process by driving proactively sales activities and spending considerable time in the field with the clients to reach sales target,
- Establishing and realising new business and market opportunities,
- Analyzing the needs of potential customers in business areas and providing customized solutions,
- Being responsible for completing the sales approval process carried out within the organization and finalizing the contract process with the customer,
- Executing relevant strategies and sales activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction,
- Developing strategies to achieve sales targets; implementing such strategies; taking actions on time depending on circumstances; developing new strategies and actions to ensure continuous growth of business in the region,
- Monitoring and analyzing on market developments, competitor activities, risks and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets.
General Skills And Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Min. 3 years of sales and operations / key account management experience,
- Advanced level of English,
- Strategical thinking, analytical and negotiation skills,
- Strong commercial perspective and customer-centric approach.
- Risk & opportunity awareness,
- Communication and relationship skills with all organizational levels,
- Planning, execution and coordination & time management skills,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
