SAP Solution Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • The SAP Solution Manager is responsible for the entire solution design including SAP modules/functionalities, time plan, resource plan and costing details for relevant implementation/ rollout phases. Solution will be defined as per client requirements and not limited to SAP applications only. Such solution can be defined solely or wherever required involve relevant SME to ensure quality and compliance of different client requirement.
  • The SM will drive the Solutions with Atos relevant Practices and Implementation Services portfolio. Additionally, to act as a partner, advisor and coach to Atos sales and country managers to enable the sales force, support in business and growth planning, and ensure winning proposals.
  • Works with internal practice leads, delivery teams and external partners to ensure best of fit solutions to winning strategy. Works with Delivery teams and planning teams to ensure best delivery success, scope management and profitability.  
  • To evaluate all business requirements and come up with solutions that provide an integrated approach for SAP customers. Should be self-sufficient minimum in one domain and ensue alignment with different SMEs required to have solution build.
  • Get involved into developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the identified and approved opportunity.
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
  • Client discovery meetings (in person or via Web conferencing)
  • Custom client demos, wherever relevant (in person or via Web conferencing)
  • Take an active role in implementation as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5 years SAP implementation and solutioning experience across multiple SAP modules (SAP Logistics is preferred)
  • Involved in minimum 3 end to end full life cycle implementation projects.
  • Must have an expert level knowledge in minimum one SAP domain or industry.
  • Experience in building a complex solution including multiple SAP components of S/4HANA, Ariba, Hybris, Sales Cloud and SuccessFactors
  • Must be able to run demonstration scenarios for prospective clients.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies to manage requirements and create solution models.
  • Able to provide financial scenarios while combining with technical options for decision makers.
  • Proven track of working international clients
  • Business fluent in English
