Job Description: 

  • Prepare and post jobs applications to the portals 
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media 
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications 
  • Organizing Interview with Candidates,  
  • Managing & finalize the process with Consulting firms 
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule 
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes 
  • Apply HR recruiting best practices 
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
  • Getting feedback from clients afterward, managing expectations, and assisting with the negotiations of offers. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field 
  • University graduate with previous 5 years of experience in recruiting for Technical roles / preferably in a fast-paced environment 
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes 
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent English is must
