Business Development Director Sr- New Logo Hunter

Where can this job be performed?:


What you will do:

Develop, expand and generate new business opportunities on targeted new logos and strategic/large new scope in existing accounts.

Define and Implement the sales go to market model

Contribute to influencing Industry Sales

Define business development plan and single sales strategy using support from Marketing, Consulting, industry professionals and product sales specialists, alliances and partners

Orchestrate the development campaign preparation: initial value proposition, definition of sales campaigns & client approach strategy

Conceptualize and implement initiatives including creation of surveys & research activities to ensure the relevance and USP of the BD function.

Identify and define client strategy for client penetration

Work successfully with relevant alliances when required

Sales: Developing, Validating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.

Provides solutions to sophisticated business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.



Mentorship deal teams to win deals

Influence customers and partner business decisions

Develop relationship with 3rd party advisor / partner to expand business with a customer.

Participate / lead events to improve ATOS leading position on the market


Develop new Sales opportunities up to Deal qualification

Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow company process

Translate business development strategy into a measurable plan

Required capabilities and certification

  • 10+ years of experience in selling large sophisticated deals within Healthcare Provider Organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in sales for a large Consulting, Technology and/or Outsourcing Services provider.
  • 5+ years selling and closing with targets exceeding $20 M
  • BS degree or higher
  • Travel 75% once travel restrictions are lifted
