Salesforce Specialized Sales Executive – Digital Sales We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Specialized Sales Executive (Hunter profile) to drive client acquisition and accelerate Salesforce-based business growth in 2026. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong customer and industry relationships, and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including AI-enabled capabilities such as Einstein, Data Cloud, and automation across the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute tactical sales strategies aligned with client needs across the Salesforce Customer 360 portfolio, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, Salesforce COE leaders, digital transformation stakeholders, and business unit owners across Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital, IT, and Operations.
• Opportunity & Solution Development: Identify, qualify, and shape Salesforce services opportunities — advisory, multi‑cloud implementations, Data Cloud programs, Einstein AI automation, managed services, and Industry Cloud solutions.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles including scoping, pricing, commercial negotiations, contracting, and deal closure.
• Customer Satisfaction & Adoption: Oversee customer lifecycle success and ensure strong Salesforce adoption and measurable value realization.
• Market & Technology Insight: Stay current on Salesforce innovations such as Einstein AI, Data Cloud, MuleSoft automation, Tableau analytics, and Industry Cloud advancements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal governance, contracting frameworks, and sales excellence standards. • Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Share insights, best practices, and competitive intelligence; collaborate with Delivery, Marketing, Talent, and Alliances.
• Ecosystem & Alliance Leverage: Build strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem (AEs, RVPs, ISVs) and execute co‑sell motions to accelerate pipeline creation.
Qualifications
• Essential: University degree or equivalent professional qualification with 8+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years selling Salesforce services or multi‑cloud SaaS/digital transformation services. Proven success closing large Salesforce or digital transformation deals.
• Desirable: Experience working directly with Salesforce AEs and industry teams; solid understanding of Salesforce licensing models, partner ecosystem, and co‑selling motions; experience in international environments and multilingual capabilities
