Job Description:

At least 5 to 7 years of consulting experience in identity and access management domain with experience in consulting, designing, and delivering IAM solutions. Experience engaging with clients in pre-sales and delivery capacity and able to help clients strategize within IAM domain.

Member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Practice, responsible for providing technical expertise covering the various Authentication and Governance components across the enterprise solution. Provides in-depth technical development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies. Also responsible for assisting with business development by contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and other activities. Experience and understanding of design, installation and architecture of IAM Solutions like SailPoint, installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation in a complex enterprise IAM solution. Direct responsibility for consulting and project delivery activities such as: 

• IAM Consulting and Pre-sales.
• Participate and drive delivery of IAM Projects (SSO, PAM, IGA etc.)
• Provide vision and strategy and lead requirements gathering, design and architecture.
• Custom IAM deployments, connector design and help drive solutions for custom IAM deployments.
• IAM Strategy and Roadmaps for clients on the path to digital transformation.
• Business development – RFP responses, proposals and client engagements for initial discovery process.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of various SSO, PAM, IGA, PKI, MFA Solutions
• SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta etc.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with IAM Solution Design, engineering/deployments.
• Understanding and knowledge of various security standards and regulations – NIST, NYDFS, ISOxxx, SOX etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Cloud based IAM Deployments.
• Direct Experience in Authentication/Identity Governance products – SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock and others.
• Direct Experience in Authentication/Identity Governance use cases – User Onboarding and offboarding, Single Sign On and personalization, Federation, Multi-factor authentication etc.
• Experience with various OS’s (Windows, Linux etc.), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases)
• Able to work independently and as part of large cross functional and geographically diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience creating technical and business documentation.
• Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
