What will you be doing and Requirements:

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Sales Executive Sales Executive responsible for selling end-to-end Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Solutions. Must have a strong background of business development in hospital, health systems, and provider AR management that is powered by highly skilled industry certified staff and technology.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients to uncover their needs for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services from Patient Access (front), HIM and Coding (mid-cycle), and Patient Accounts resolution (back end), and specialty services. Areas include HIM, Coding, Auditing, CDI, Denials Management, Cash posting, Credit Balance Adjudication, Cancer Registry, Third-party insurance, Patient Payment solutions, RCM Analytics, and automation driven technology transformation within RCM functions.
  • Present to client CIO the full company portfolio of RCM and Technology services including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Automation, EMR-on-the-Cloud, Big Data Security, Data Analytics, IT Infrastructure and Modernization to explore large enterprise deals.
  • Build a pipeline of prospects and widen contact base in each Provider and/or Payer account.
  • Leverage relationships and work closely with CFOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle and IT Leadership, Billing Managers, Practice Owners, Physicians, or any other relevant decision maker within the prospect organization.
  • Work the complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification, to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with the business’s enterprise functions, account management teams, sales, finance, and operational leaders in achieving business objectives.
  • Problem solving with the ability to interpret facts and navigate internal processes for timely delivery to prospective clients.
  • All other duties as needed in a sales role within the RCM healthcare division.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five to eight years of experience in selling RCM services powered by technology.
  • Present with two or more deals in hand ready to contract.
  • Broad knowledge of, and ability to speak to, healthcare end-to-end revenue cycle business operations.
  • Understand the role of technology for driving transformations within the RCM Office, with the ability to articulate available technology stack and options to support RCM services, hospital enterprise, and client CIO’s initiatives.
  • Possess an established network of current relationships with hospital and health systems’ key leadership and decision makers.
  • Exceptional proficiency in speaking with, and presenting to, prospective clients at all levels within an organization.
  • Influencing skills to aide in negotiation of purchases and contract terms, with persuasion skills necessary in influencing peers/vendors on new ideas or concepts.
  • Ability to close the deal.
  • Proven new business development track record with direct client relationships.
  • Experience with generating and expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Must have experience with networking, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Superior organization and planning skills.
  • Generate innovative solutions.
  • Good judgment skills with the ability to create effective internal working partnerships.
  • Working knowledge and use of SalesForce software preferred.
