Description:

The Chief Innovation Trust Officer (CITO) will have a dynamic role reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Officer.

The CITO will develop new and improve existing policies for Cybersecurity, Certification, Attestation, Compliance and application modernization services by partnering with the industries and their clients to define and improve Altos' position in the cloud market. This leader will be encouraged to interact with our clients (existing and new) regarding Trust and Cloud services with a focus on innovation representing Altos' thought leadership in this area. The CITO will actively support the Portfolio Teams, Presales, Delivery, and the enablement organization engaging in strategy discussions ensuring RFI/RFP responses align to the Atos core Cybersecurity and Trust modernization offerings. In addition, the CITO will be responsible for the technical specialists within their assigned area of specialty and industry compliance. The CITO will also provide regular updates and education to our enablement organization to ensure accurate depiction & articulation of our Cybersecurity services to their prospective clients. The CITO will engage in networking across Atos (Growth Pillars, Portfolio, Experts Communities, cross-practices) and with our external partners (e.g. Microsoft, Dell, etc.) The CITO will participate in public marketing & vendor events representing Altos' offerings and expertise. The CITO will optimally utilize market analysis & statistics to continue to build and improve Atos Cloud Trust Center. The CITO will own the portfolio and planning using Agile tooling and methodology to facilitate client-based innovation into packaged offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Existing Experience as a CSO or CISO is a plus
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies in support of compliance, certification and the attestation of security compliance frameworks such as HITRUST, NIST, HIPAA , PCI, etc.
  • At least ten years of experience in similar functions within IT with an emphasis in outsourcing
  • Shown leadership skills and experience in similar organizations such as Atos
  • Shown track-record in product development, management and strategic improvement and change projects
  • Successful leadership of development teams producing high value offerings.
  • High interest in market and technology trends and the ability to structure new environments.
  • English business proficient.
  • Excellent communication skills and dynamic presentation skills.
  • Agile software development experience is a strong requirement
  • Understanding of the various methodologies used in sales and go to market strategy workshops.
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Curious and willing to learn about the latest and greatest developments in the industry on a continues base
  • Influencing and persuading others to take a specific course of action when they are not in direct line of command or control
  • Keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions
