Intern - Human Resources 

Location – Irving, TX


Summary -


Atos is seeking an HR Intern to help support the company's human resources initiatives. You will perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and developing your experience while working on a wide variety of HR projects, we’d like to meet you!


What you’ll be doing


  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Coordinate various projects by providing progress and priority updates
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process of candidates, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews with candidates, onboarding, etc.
  • Post, update and remove job postings from careers pages and social networks
  • Assist in coordinating company events and career days



Essential Skills –


  • Currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or related degree
  • High degree of interest in Human Resources
  • GPA: 3.0
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized, as well as goal oriented to meet task deadlines
  • Eager to learn and can multitask and take direction from multiple team members
