TITLE:               Client Executive

HOURS:             Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                    

DUTIES:                                      DUTIES: Facilitates Account planning process & delivery

                Coordinates Innovation workshop process 

                Synchronizes Win workshops process

                Spearheads the Customer satisfaction process

                Reports monthly on the account(s)

                Participates in 1-2-1 meetings with their line manager

                Leverages Marketing campaign(s)

                Uses offering trainings & certifications whilst keeping skills relevant

                Keeps sales opportunities up to date in CRM

 

REQUIREMENTS:                     REQUIREMENT:     Bachelor's Degree in MS, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field.

                                                                                            Ten (10) years of IT, sales/business development or related experience.

                       Experience must also include: Senior client leadership experience; business technology; working with global cross-functional teams to create technology services propositions for global customers; experience of analyzing business processes to define the technology requirements; software development and project management lifecycle; driving customer satisfaction through a mix of service delivery, relationship management and consulting supportability to manage large scale enterprise relationships; methodologies for delivering information technology services: development life cycle; stress regression and acceptance testing; quality management; and agile/scrum; Digital technologies such as cloud, big data analytics, cyber security; private business strategy, marketing, operations, finance, business transformation, and performance improvement.

 

ROVING/TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Irving, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.
