JOB TITLE: Facilities Management Tririga Application Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY As a Facilities Management Tririga Application Analyst, you will play a role in both client and internal project teams supporting Building and Grounds. The Maximo Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Analyst will act as a Maximo System Administrator in writing/modifying Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) reports; troubleshooting Maximo application errors; configuring application designer; and cron tasks. • Internal-Clinical Subject Matter Experts

• Knowledge of Maximo tools and applications: • Application Designer • BIRT
• Escalations • 2 Years’ experience with Maximo 7.5 and/or 7.6.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• SQL, XML, and JAVA Language
• Hands on experience with Maximo development tools and applications.

• Strong knowledge and experience of Maximo
• Experience documenting processes
• Experience conducting application training to end users
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to train junior staff and foster collaboration among co-workers.

• Configuration Management for Maximo Enterprise Asset Management CMMS System in a Maximo 7.x environment
• Support Maximo CMMS System deficiencies
• Monitor Maximo CMMS System performance; troubleshoot and resolve
• Support and maintain multiple Maximo environments. problems.
• The Maximo Analyst, in consonants with Supervisor, reviews and analyzes business and technical processes and requirements. Responsible for identifying areas for improvement and troubleshoot issues to solve problems through analysis and direct support. Analyst works closely with a Logistics Operations Center supporting a diverse customer base. Script automation for Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). • IBM WebSphere Server maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage database structures by monitoring and adjusting the internal structures (tuning) as required.
• Defines, establishes and performs regular backups of designated databases.
• Involvement in planning, designing, creating, installing, customization, upgrades and maintaining of databases to meet defined requirements.
• Perform upgrades of the database and software to new release levels.
• Documents databases and deployed applications.
• Provide training for new users or for new application products.
• Perform DoD Database Security technical implementation and documentation or Oracle databases and IBM WebSphere.
• Assist clients with Maximo user account related issues.
• Perform other duties as required. This position will report to the Executive Director of Business Applications
