As a Digital Security Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in defining and delivering Cyber Security, Risk, Resilience, Privacy and Information Management solutions for our clients. The range of work we undertake is wide and varied, with 5 main domains being Strategy and transformation, OT security, security defence, identity and zero trust, and cloud security, with a client base across all industries and markets in both the Private and Public sector. We are looking for experienced senior consultants with a broad portfolio of skills and experience, excelling in strategic and tactical advisory.

Regardless of your previous experience, degree or education qualifications, the key strengths we are looking for include:  

 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical or strategic subjects to general audiences in a clear, easily understood way.

  • Strong commercial experience, being a selling consultant based on your relationship(s) with your clients.

  • Able to tell the story, both in writing and presenting

  • Able to present with gravitas and credibility that provides confidence and assurance to clients and colleagues.

  • An analytical mind with a thirst for learning, to understand how businesses operate and what drives the evolution of different business models. 

  • Innovative thinking, with an aptitude for identifying issues and delivering solutions. 

  • An interest in people, understanding their concerns with new or existing technology. 

  • Confidence in how you present yourself and your team

  • A strong capacity to multi-task and operate optimally as a team member, both with our clients and your Atos colleagues. 

  • A passion for learning and gaining knowledge in business technology. 

 

Our senior Consultants are expected to act as Subject Matter Experts, to provide leadership and authority in proposing, developing and delivering our services to our clients and to our colleagues in Eviden.

 

Skills we’d like:

 

  • Significant experience and understanding of programme and project leadership and delivery in a range of different business environments and market verticals

  • Extensive understanding of the legislation and International Standards relating to the Core domains, especially if you have implemented or made some contribution to the development of these

  • Certification in one or more Security disciplines such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP etc

  • Previous experience of leading engagements and managing delivery teams

  • Identifying and integrating digital solutions into an organisation`s strategy, vision, and aspirations

  • Proven record in awareness and insight into current and developing market and industry trends, and their potential impact on our clients

  • Commercial management experience, including pricing, costing, storytelling, and bid response

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities are likely to include:

 

  • Leading the delivery of consultancy and advice direct to clients on assignments

  • Managing client engagements and taking responsibility for delivery, customer management and commercial performance

  • Management and mentoring of junior consultants

  • Driving our business development by leading or providing expert contribution to Bids/Proposals/Propositions or Offerings

  • Identify, develop and realise new business opportunities with existing and new clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, our business partners and other Eviden business areas

  • Maintain and promote detailed awareness and understanding of current and future developments in business models and technology evolution that will change or disrupt existing business activities
