Main tasks for Manufacturing Consultant:



Lead and conduct manufacturing consultancy assignments and participate larger end-to-end consultation assignments as a manufacturing domain expert and collaborate with other consultants with an aim to discover hidden business value in process improvement opportunities, advise customers on business level / Strategic issues, producing roadmaps for value proposal realization typically based on process changes and digital solution portfolio, and suggestions and analysis for customer to support their decision making.


Business development

Participating in ideating and development of service and solution offerings as well as marketing related activities. Planning and implementation of go-to-market strategy in collaboration with sales and other stakeholders.



Participating to sales cases as a domain expert for manufacturing processes and solutions and also support with general understanding of complete solution portfolio when applicable. Discover and capture customer requirements as well as opportunities for improvement. Leads/participates in building strategically important and complex value proposals. Participate and deliver solution demonstrations.



•           Bachelor or Master´s degree, preferably in Engineering, IT and/or Business

•           Fluent English, both oral and written

•           Finnish or Swedish is an asset

•           Willingness to make an impact in customer’s business

•           Experience from manufacturing and production operations and at least some of the related business processes (purchasing, logistics, warehousing, etc.) and information systems like ERP, MES, APS, WMS

•           Experience from consulting or similar tasks

•           Strong analytical skills and capability to make conclusions and form those into recommendations

•           Understanding of the industry 4.0 and digitalization in general

•           Understanding of the business aspect of manufacturing – to turn insight into value

•           Great presentation skills

•           Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
