TEST ENGINEER

We are currently seeking a Test Engineer with expertise in testing lifecycle activities, automation frameworks, and tools. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies, including creating and maintaining test scripts.
- Perform testing across all levels (unit, integration, system, and acceptance).
- Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Develop, debug, and maintain test automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Tosca, Playwright and/or Appium.
- Conduct Product Risk Analysis (PRA) and verify test results against acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review functional requirements and user stories.
- Implement and maintain Test Automation Frameworks and integrate with test management tools.
- Participate actively in Scrum or DevOps teams, advising on testing best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in software testing with proficiency in test automation and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Tosca.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with Test Automation Frameworks, TDD/BDD practices, and tools like Reqnroll.
- Certifications: ISTQB Foundation is mandatory. Advanced certifications like ISTQB Technical Test Analyst, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer or TMAP are a plus.
- A PSM I certificate or a similar Agile certification is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Curious and proactive in learning new testing methods and technologies.
- Additional Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, REST API testing, and tools like Postman, Soap UI and JMeter.
