About the role
At Atos, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT solutions by leading and coordinating testing activities across multidisciplinary teams.
As a Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, managing testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring that quality objectives are achieved within complex IT environments. You will work closely with stakeholders at operational, tactical, and strategic levels to identify risks, maintain quality standards, and support the successful implementation and acceptance of new solutions.

Your responsibilities
Test strategy and planning
- Develop and maintain test strategies for complex IT projects and programs
- Define test approaches, objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure testing activities are aligned with project goals and business requirements
- Identify testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Test management and execution
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting
- Monitor testing progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all testing phases
Stakeholder management
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, management, architects, product owners, and operational teams
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Balance competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
Quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Ensure testing methodologies, standards, and best practices are consistently applied
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and quality management practices
- Support the implementation of modern testing approaches within the organization
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes
Reporting and risk management
- Provide clear and transparent reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues
- Identify defects and potential risks at an early stage
- Translate identified risks into appropriate testing strategies and action plans
- Escalate critical issues when necessary
What you bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in software testing and quality management
- At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager within complex IT projects and programs
- Experience working within Agile environments and Scrum teams
- Demonstrable experience with Jira and Xray for test management, execution, and reporting
- Experience developing and implementing testing strategies for complex IT environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to operate effectively at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
Preferred qualifications
The following certifications are considered a strong advantage:
- Scrum certification
- TMap certification
- ISTQB certification
Experience within one or more of the following domains is highly desirable:
- Unified Communications (UC)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Directory Services (DS)
- ServiceNow
