As the Global CTO and Portfolio Leader for ServiceNow at Atos, you will define and drive the strategic vision, innovation agenda, and technology investments for our global ServiceNow portfolio. You will shape the portfolio roadmap—covering modules, industry verticals, and capabilities—while orchestrating collaboration across customers, partners, and internal teams to accelerate growth and market leadership.

 

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming how Atos leverages ServiceNow to deliver next-generation, AI-enabled digital solutions to our clients across sectors.

 

Strategic Impact

• Lead the technical strategy and innovation agenda for Atos’ ServiceNow portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

• Define market positioning and strategic bets, identifying high-growth areas, ecosystem partnerships, and emerging technology opportunities.

• Translate platform strategy into business outcomes, driving measurable client and revenue impact.

• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Go-to-Market teams to operationalise portfolio strategy, elevate solution differentiation and build market momentum.

• Champion thought leadership in the ServiceNow and enterprise transformation communities through publications, speaking engagements and client advisory.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Technology Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the Atos ServiceNow business across modules, industries, and functional domains.

• Identify innovation opportunities in AI, automation, digital workflow, and platform integration to deliver unique client value.

• Lead strategic investment decisions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term capability building.

 

Client & Market Leadership

• Act as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite executives at the global and regional level for major clients.

• Engage with clients to shape transformation agendas, align technology strategy to business objectives, and ensure solution excellence.

• Advocate for clients within Atos, ensuring our portfolio evolves in line with their changing needs and market conditions.

 

Solution Leadership

• Promote reusable solution assets, frameworks, and accelerators across regions.

• Ensure end-to-end solution delivery methods and frameworks align with strategic objectives, operational excellence, and best practices.

 

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Incubate and scale AI-powered and data-driven enhancements leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities.

• Build and nurture an innovation ecosystem of partners, startups, and technology alliances.

• Represent Atos in key ServiceNow, industry, and technology forums as the face of thought leadership and innovation.

 

Leadership & Talent Development

• Build and lead a global community of ServiceNow architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

• Mentor high-potential talent and support career growth through learning and engagement programs.

 

Required Experience & Capabilities

• Proven experience as a CTO, Chief Architect, or Portfolio Leader within ServiceNow at a global or regional scale.

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and AI-infused digital workflows.

• Track record of engaging at C-level to influence strategic decisions and build trusted relationships.

• Strategic thinker and business translator, able to connect technology direction to measurable business value.

• Demonstrated success in defining and delivering portfolio-level innovations in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong leadership presence, with ability to inspire and influence across global, cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills and executive-level presence in international settings.

• Passion for innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement in technology delivery.
