Position Overview:

Nordics Manufacturing Center of Excellence is a core component in our strategy and investment to reach the ambitious growth targets. The Manufacturing Center of Excellence is built for our customers to unlock the value of high-end technologies across the customer’s whole value chain. We are seeking a Manufacturing Executive to join the team to drive sales and growth via strong positioning and thought leadership.

Your mission: As a Manufacturing Executive, you’ll be a thought leader and strategic partner for our customers and prospects across the Nordics and Benelux region. You take ownership on engaging CxO stakeholders in medium and enterprise-size companies together with sales, providing expert guidance and insight to help them achieve their goals. In addition, your vocal and contextual contribution towards the market supports positioning Eviden as a trusted advisor and key partner for manufacturing companies.

As a key contributor to our growth in the Nordics, your responsibilities include:

• Contribute and support sales to land new customers and win transformation and innovation related projects.
• You are a business problem solver. Gain understanding of stakeholder’s problems, targets and priorities, and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Provide your subject matter expertise in (for example manufacturing process or supply chain optimization) and advice how modern technology can transform business into more sustainable and profitable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor towards decision makers and the market, offering strategic insights, best practices and actionable recommendations.
• Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars etc.) to enhance market presence and Eviden position
• Develop our manufacturing consulting capabilities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing consulting, or similar experience working at customer’s side.
• Passion for industrial digitalization and experience and understanding of industrial value chain.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully contributing to landing new customers and IT projects in a strong business outcome-driven context. Or track record in leading large transformation programs that drive concrete business impact.
• Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory. A fluent local language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian) is considered as a large benefit.
• You live in the Nordics country and understand Nordics culture and Manufacturing Industry market
