Your Role

As a Software Buyer, you will join the regional procurement team supporting the Benelux & Nordics business. You will contribute to the sourcing and management of software, SaaS and IT services, working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance and Delivery.

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing approach, supplier selection, contracting and renewals
• Assist in the negotiation of software, SaaS and cloud-related agreements, focusing on value, risk and compliance
• Work in close alignment with Sales, Legal, Finance and Risk teams, ensuring business priorities are translated into procurement outcomes
• Provide fact-based insights on costs, contract terms and supplier performance
• Contribute to the preparation of business cases and commercial recommendations
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance and audit requirements
• Support supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring and renewal strategies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within procurement
• Work in a multi country team

Your Skills and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, IT, consulting, finance or a commercial role
• Strong interest in technology, software and digital business models
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and structured information
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and learn
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, IT or equivalent through experience
