Skills we can’t do without:
- Extensive Experience in Compliance and Conduct: A minimum of three years of experience in a compliance or conduct role within an FCA regulated environment, showcasing a proven ability to effectively manage and influence business stakeholders.
- In-Depth Knowledge of FCA Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of FCA rules and principles, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Proficient in Solution Development: Skilled in devising and presenting effective solutions to resolve regulatory issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
