Network Software Engineer R&D HPC (M/F)

The Software Interconnect team is responsible for providing high-performance, innovative solutions for the BXI interconnection network: Bull eXascale Interconnect.

Your mission as a member of the Software Interconnect team, you will be responsible for developing BXI software products: drivers for the network card, specialized communication libraries for HPC, file system transport layers, etc.

Team members are organized to carry out the various activities:

- design, development, testing, integration and optimization of software components in proprietary and open source environments

- development and evolution of the integration and delivery chain (CI/CD)

- maintenance of products used by customers

- performance measurement and analysis campaigns

- participation in European research projects

- technology watch and contribution to scientific studies.

Your profile

We are looking for a Network Software Engineer (Interconnect) with solid experience in system development or network technologies:

- user-space system components

- Linux kernel components (driver, kernel module)

- network communication libraries

- C language skills

You'll be an even better candidate if you're familiar with :

- various Intel, AMD or ARM hardware architectures

- GPU and smart-NIC technologies

You are naturally attracted by innovation, curious, organized and open-minded.

You are comfortable with Agile methodology and are looking for new professional challenges.

Technical English imperative. Possibility of remote work (60% of working time).
