Specialized Sales Representative 

 

This position is responsible for achieving, promoting, and growing ATOS sales across all channels while providing outstanding relationship support to current and prospective customers and partners. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership to continually cultivate an environment of accountability, collaboration, and achievement.

Must haves for Cybersecurity Services Sales role:

  • Cyber Services Sales history of selling into large Enterprises -at least 4 years+ of success
  • Cyber knowledge of IAM (Identity Access MGT, Threat Management (SOC or MDR), Cloud Security
  • Someone who is used to working with internal sales governance and overlay sales model
  • Self-starter/Independent vs someone who needs a lot of hand holding
  • Cyber C-level past relationships =demonstrate how they closed value-based selling for Cyber services sale
  • Someone who has sold into Technology, Telecom and Media accounts before if possible as these are long sales cycles and sometimes require different sales models.
  • Comfortable with large sales targets $6M+ TCV

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with senior/executive leadership, identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities to achieve sales objectives and market growth while maintaining effective cost control practices.

• Complete sales goals by helping teams build and grow sales pipelines within designated channels.

• Develop and roll-out industry specific messaging and strategies for NA Sales teams to build new business while driving further in depth with existing ATOS clients

• Develop/Lead sales quotas and forecasts; interpreting results/providing recommendations to drive business forward.

• Align sales efforts by identifying the goals for each distinctive channel, and take steps to define, initiate and implement respective channel responsibilities. Integrate channel activities to maintain strategic partnerships, execute joint selling initiatives, and reduce any customer confusion.

• Provide high level of client service to existing customers and actively develop prospect network both domestically and internationally. Regularly engage prospects for future partnerships and champion long-term relationships. Provide high level of client satisfaction without compromising company profits.

• Work across ATOS teams/orgs/product groups to identify, recommend and implement improvements to provide better service and support of the overall sales and relationship management process. Partner with Department Heads to ensure alignment between teams and resolve issues when vital.

• Regularly track, evaluate and communicate updates to senior leadership on progress against strategic plans. Make adjustments to increase productivity as appropriate.

• Position ATOS as a “leader with vision” amongst chosen technology industry verticals; be able to place ATOS on industry boards and work groups driving solutions for future business

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Perform other related duties as the need arises.
