Role: Infrastructure Analyst
Experience: 3- 6 Yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities
- Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents involving: Hardware, Windows & Linux Servers / Virtualization (VMware/ESXi) / Storage and SAN environments / Network connectivity and infrastructure services
- Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents
- Manage vendor and manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance
- Support upgrades, migrations, expansions, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventories, diagrams, and operational records
- Participate in on-call rotations and operational support activities
Technical Requirements
- Experience with corporate infrastructure administration
- Knowledge of: Windows Server and Linux VMware/ ESXi Virtualization / Storage & SAN technologies / TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and networking concepts / Hardware components, firmware, BIOS, RAID, and remote management tools / High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
- Familiarity with office and data center infrastructure technologies
