HR Process Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the process improvement design using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals.
- Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operation
- Maintains process documentation
- Acting as a liaison between different departments for process alignment and implementation
- Evaluating the impact of process changes Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Required profile:
- At the least 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Lean tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S.
- Experience in HR will be an advantage
- Understanding of Human Resources processes and of their value for the enterprise
- Prince 2 or othe relevant project management certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
