Role Purpose

Own end-to-end financial control, reporting, compliance, and performance management while acting as a key finance partner to business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, financial reporting, and statutory compliance (IFRS / Local GAAP).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability tracking.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, collections, and FX exposure.
• Ensure strong internal controls, audits, risk management, and governance.
• Support commercial decisions, pricing, contracts, and project profitability.
• Partner with business leaders and coordinate with Group Finance and auditors.
• Lead and develop the finance team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA
• 8 -10  years experience in financial controlling / reporting
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP)
